The analytics program road map is structured into six project phases:

Discover Phase: Discover the value of SAP Analytics Cloud in this phase, you mainly create a high level value based road map with high level time lines for the transition to SAP Analytics Cloud. SAPDAY is able to support you with an analytics strategy workshop for making the right decisions and defining your business case

Prepare Phase: Plan, prepare and start the implementation project once the business case has been approved, the project is officially initiated in the Prepare Phase. A high level project plan including the results from the Discover Phase should be created in this phase

Explore Phase: Define all details! The major goal of this phase is creating the technical and functional blueprint document and run Proofs of Concept for crucial transition topics. From application side the to be data architecture, including definition of the data models and the stories which shall be displayed in SAP Analytics Cloud, needs to be designed and documented. By the end of the Explore Phase, all technical and application aspects of the transition project are fully planned, documented in detail, and ready to be executed.

Realize Phase: Implement technical and functional changes, SAPDAY configure the SAP Analytics Cloud, connect all source systems or data sources to the related SAP Analytics Cloud tenants and create the data models and stories. The next step in this phase are various tests, e.g. regarding integration, user acceptance and performance. The detailed cut over plan for the next phase needs to be prepared.

Deploy phase: Prepare to go live! The purpose of this phase is the final rehearsal and the go live with your new analytics solution. This includes in particular:
